West Market Conference Center in Indianapolis offers budget-friendly rates and easy access for lobbying seminars. Located just across from the Indiana Statehouse, we offer a full range of audio visual and fiber optic, high speed internet.

We are the most affordable downtown event venue in Indianapolis for your next family reunion, birthday party or retirement party.  Our central location and proximity to surrounding hotels make it convenient for your guests!

Room Rental & Decor

Room Rental

Space available for groups from 15-200 attendees. Room rental includes: use of the entire room, up to 50 6-ft tables, up to 24 6-ft round tables, room set-up, room tear down, security during the event, event manager on-site during the event. We do not offer hourly or small room rentals on the weekend. These are flat rates with no hidden taxes or service fees.

Friday Evening Rate

Includes Friday during the day for decorating, 8am-midnight.

Saturday or Sunday Daytime Rate (8am-5pm)

We are happy to discount full packages! Individual items are at listed price. We DO NOT allow outside. vendors to provide: pipe & drape, ceiling drape, wall drape, ceiling lights or dance floors.

Full Room Perimeter Wall Drape

Custom designed floor-to-ceiling white drape around the full room.

Full Ceiling Drape

Sheer white fabric in a circular pattern custom designed over the whole ceiling.  Your choice of up to two colors added.

Black Laminate Dance Floor

Custom black 15'x15' dance floor fully installed either square or rectangular in shape.

Vintage White Crystal Chandeliers

$50 each

Traditional white crystal ceiling-mounted chandeliers over the head table and the dance floor. 

Modern 3-Tier 30" Crystal Chandeliers

Modern, tiered crystal chandeliers ceiling-mounted over each guest table, the head table and the dance floor. 

LED Perimeter Lighting

$15 each

Choose from over 100 custom colors for twelve floor-to-ceiling uplights to light the perimeter. Priced each.

Bridal Party Ready Room

$100 each

If available, we can provide an empty office space where the bride, groom or full bridal party can get ready.  This includes a private bathroom.

Black or white floor length polyester table linens.

What Makes us different

All Caterers Welcome / Provide Your Own Food

We offer a great new option for catering - Lincoln Square Pancake House!  Located in the lobby of our building they offer fantastic, delicious and affordable catering options!  They are happy to create custom menus!  We are pleased to work with all caterers or you are welcome to bring in your own food.  We have an on-site prep area with an ice machine and a small kitchen with a cooler.  Alcohol is allowed but we require that you use a vendor with a valid Indiana State three-way liquor license and a licensed bartender.

Convenient Location

Lobbying at the Statehouse?  Wedding ceremony at the Statehouse?  Your guests don't have to walk far or move their cars to enjoy your meeting or reception!  Located right at the corner of Capitol Ave. and Market Street downtown directly across from the Statehouse!

Parking Available

Parking is available behind the building in a surface lot and is $15 per car for 24 hours. There are also many covered parking garages available within walking distance.
